Who we are
HiRossa is an AI receptionist platform that helps businesses (hair salons, beauty salons, etc.) manage appointments and customer communication through WhatsApp, Telegram, and Web. We operate from hirossa.com.
Data we collect
We only collect data from the business owner who registers on the platform:
- Business name and type
- Owner contact details (email, phone)
- Business configuration (services, hours, AI preferences)
- Subscription payment data (processed by Stripe)
End-customer data
We do not store personal data of your business's customers. WhatsApp and Telegram conversations are processed in real-time to manage appointments, but no personally identifiable data of end customers is stored. Appointment data (name, phone, service) is stored temporarily and managed by the business owner.
How we use data
- Provide and maintain the AI receptionist service
- Process appointments and send reminders
- Improve AI response quality
- Send communications about your account and service
We never sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
Third-party services
Data retention & deletion
You can delete your account and all your data at any time from the admin panel. When you delete your account, all associated data (configuration, appointment history, conversations) is permanently deleted within 30 days.

We only use essential cookies for platform functionality:
- Theme preference (light/dark)
- Language preference
- Authentication token (session)
We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.
